“Don’t give me that. I will not be your scapegoat,” she shouted at him.
“I didn’t say you were solely to blame, but you had a say in things too,” he turned towards her as she moved across the room. “It might have been ok if you hadn’t been so pushy.”
“Pushy? I will show you pushy,” she said as she walked directly towards him.
He put his hands up and held her shoulders so she couldn’t reach him. He responded, “Let’s not make this physical. It is not worth it.”
“Fine,” she said and stormed out the door.
