The movie theater was packed. JoAnn turned to Shaun and asked, “Are you sure you want to be here for the debut of the movie?”
Shaun shook his head and said, “My brother got a bit part in it, I have to see how good or bad he did. He said he did something only I would notice, said the director had no problems with it.”
The two of them entered the theater and got in line. After tickets and popcorn, they were ready for the show. Shaun whispered to JoAnn, “He said it is like the first ten minutes of the movie.”
When Shaun’s brother came on screen he immediately laughed. JoAnn was puzzled but waited to ask after the movie what his brother Nick had done. “Ok, what was so funny? I didn’t see anyone else laugh.”
“It goes back to our childhood and I never thought I would ever see it again.”
JoAnn still looked puzzled and said, “Well…”
“It was the shirt he was wearing. It said N & S Ranch. We always fought over who’s initial was first at our ranch when we played cowboys and Indians, and since I was older, I usually won. This time he won, with letters 2 foot tall.”
