A Rolling Stone Gathers No Moss

He was sitting alone

But he was flirting

With the lady at the bar

He wanted her tonight

And did everything he could

To entice the woman

And get an invite

Back to her apartment

He would be a whirlwind

In one late night

Then gone in the morning

He had already been

In this town too long

He was itchy to move

Get to the next town

And see what it would offer

He wanted no strings

No roots

No commitment of any kind

A free spirit

With no responsibilities

Just a memory in the wind
