They say he is a hapless fool
Who walks the streets unaware
Oblivious to the dangers
And doesn’t seem to care
That others are out to get him
To take his freedoms down
All because he always smiles
And never wears a frown
They say that he is different
And happy all the time
They say he should be crushed
Because he doesn’t have a dime
But he has something others
Just can’t seem to find
He is content in who he is
He has an inner peace of mind
So the next time someone controls you
And takes away your right to grin
Dream about a real freedom
And know human rights will win
