I haven’t jumped into photo challenges much. I did my own Monochrome Monday posts for a while, but backed off on that as I grew more stiff and sore and unable to take the walks in the parks. BUT today I ran across this challenge by Cee at Cee’s Photo Challenges . This is a picture that still puzzles me to this day. A sign in the middle of trees and bushes pointing up or ahead. And there was nothing around it. No other signs, no path or trail, no special plant that we could see… just a random sign. …maybe it was a sign? (tee hee)
This began as the brain child of Fandango at This, That, And The Other. To make a long story short, he thought it would be nice to see the streets of fellow bloggers. So I eventually remembered and took my camera out on the way to my Dad’s last night. Stopped in the driveway and captured a look into my neighborhood. It is a pretty quiet street for the most part. Lots of apartments in the area and all sort of people… singles, families, college students, couples, etc. Anyway… I am a fan of black and white so here is a monochrome look into my world. (Sorry I was so late with my link Fandango! But I am here at the party now.)
Does anyone else want to share a bit of your world with a picture of your street?
I am finally back. Posting a little late in the day, but I still made it this week. This little guy greeted me on my Dad’s porch a while back, thought I would share him with you. I hope you have a great week!
This week my cat takes the spotlight. She is the hardest cat to get to sit still for a picture. She knows the second that camera or phone is in your hand and she moves. In this one she was curled up on my lap next to my laptop. I hope you all have a great week! (((HUGS)))
If flowers could smile I think this one would. This is part of a lovely bouquet of flowers I received for my birthday last month. Surprisingly a majority of the bouquet still looks fresh including the flower shown here. I love the way the color variation shows up in black and white. I hope you all have a wonderful week!
This week I go back to a time I visited the stables with a friend. This little guy was adorable. I hope everyone has a happy Halloween and a great week.
This week I was determined to find a glowing picture I could share along with my Monochrome Monday post. So this is sunset on a empty park shelter. I hope you all have a wonderful week!
