A Ring And A King

I took the phone and dialed

The number of my child

We had a talk

Then I took a walk

Because the weather was kind of mild

 

And while I was walking

A royal hawk was squawking

I was too close to his nest

Where his child did rest

So I bowed a farewell to the king
