Three Day Quote Challenge – Day 1

I have been nominated by Fandango over at This, That, And The Other for the three-day quote challenge. Thanks Fandango for this opportunity to share some of my favorite words!

The rules:
1. Thank the person who nominated you.
2. Post a quote for three consecutive days – one quote per day.
3. Nominate three bloggers each day and let them know about it.

When faced with this challenge it wasn’t a quote that instantly came to mind but a few people. And I start with one of the bravest women I ever studied about in school, Helen Keller. She accomplished a lot locked in a dark silence all her life. So I went to one of my favorite sites, BrainyQuote.com, and found this…

“Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired and success achieved.” – Helen Keller

I choose to believe, no matter how hard some things have been, that we learn valuable lessons from our past experiences.  The one thing to remember is tomorrow will come and the hurt and pain won’t last forever.  One of the best analogies is learning to ride a bike… how many of you did it without a scape or scratch from a fall?  But you learned and now you can travel all over town should you choose to.

Now I must start combing through my list of inspiring people and quotes to find the next two I will use.

I dread this part and want you to know that in no way are you obligated to do this but I know there is potential for some interesting responses.  I nominate:
