I step outside now
Hoping for serenity
I feel the cool breeze

Light streams through the trees
Like a flimsy sheer curtain
Filtering the sun

I look to the sky
Finding comfort from above
Nature gives me peace

I hope you have all had a good week and are ready for another dose of sun today. I debated between a poem and a picture this week, but the poem won. It is a short haiku, I hope you enjoy it!
Daybreak
Sunshine starts the day
Shining down it’s such a joy
A fresh beginning
My anxiety
Is at such a high amount;
Bring on the healing.
